Get the practice right and the feelings will follow. The book includes practical exercises, many of them based on neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), a way of reprogramming the brain in order to change negative behaviour. It works by identifying subconscious pessimistic patterns, and then replaces them with new thoughts and images. Gradually, patterns of behaviour and confidence can be expanded in this way.
