GOOD BOOK FOR INFORMATION. DON'T LOOK FOR A ONE LINE SOLUTION TO WEIGHT LOSS. YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK AND THERE IS NO EASY WAY TO THE END(FOR MOST OF US)

Pulls a lot of information together
in one place. The author has a great way of restating a lot of things we've heard over and over in a way that seems to make it easier to understand, and easier to know how to implement it for life long change. I highly recommend this book to anyone struggling with any kind of eating issue or addiction. Geneen Roth has been there, done that, and totally relates to those of us still struggling.
