I already knew I would love this set when I was buying it. My best friend had picked one up at the local bookstore and had raved for so long about how wonderful it was. When I got it, it was in prime condition, arrived in a timley mannor and the crystals inside are wonderful. They are small, but large enough to pack alot of power and energy. The information in the book covers how to cleanse, charge, awaken, and use the crystals for healing. It covers fully the 12 chakras (7 main, Earth, and 4 Higher chakras). A true treasure.
