I suspect that every book Card writes will be compared unfavorably with his best-selling "Ender's Game": " Treasure Box" is not "Ender's Game" or even related to it. But it is an excellent, innovative story in its own right. A fantasy, with a touch of horror, and a great deal of suspense "Treasure Box" opens a completely different world to the reader. Main protagonist Quintin Fear sstrongly takes his place with other Card characters. As does the woman he falls in love with... Madelaine. And what a family she comes from. You need to read this book and find out what a master writer Card is.
