This is a good, complete publication of Emerson's work. The book is a bit fat though, and ackward to carry around. It would be better if it were broken up into several thinner volumes and packaged in a box.

Beautiful.
Just beautiful. People often say that Emerson's words are like a bag of coins. Round, shiny and perfect pieces that can be easily pulled out... sprinkled about and never predictable. This book is stellar. Fantastic flow through his essays with a poetic foreword. Highly recommended.
