A copy of this book was given to my grandmother for Christmas in 1919. The book has been read and re-read so many times the pages are literally falling out.
It is a delightful story about a working girl who was convinced to marry a young man who had been paralyzed in an accident 7 years previous. She's supposed to take care of him and is determined to make his life happier. Of course, it has a very happy ending.
