Affirmations that changed my life.
There was something that had me really worried and upset. I repeated one quote I found in the book several times a day and by the end of the week I was no longer worried about that issue. I even had wass land on me without the fear response, usually just seeing there was one was enough.
She is 'new thought' and she makes it all very simple. I have had good results from other affirmations as well. I have handed them out to troubled friends who said they were helped as well.
