This book gives an overview of the genre of political writing in Islam, especially its part known as mirrors for princes to which this work belongs. It also aims to reconstruct the author's life and gives detailed survey and evaluation of this work. Muhammed, sin kadije Muhammeda, sina Muhjiddinova, iz kasabe Prozor u Bosni, jedan je od mnostva autora koji su u osmanskom periodu svoja djela pisali na nekom od orijentalnih jezika koji su bili u upotrebi u Osmanskom carstvu. Pripadao je visokim slojevima uleme. Djelo Minhaj an-nizam fi din al-islam (Islamski nacin postizanja poretka), kako to sam autor na pocetku kaze, ustvari je sazetak vise drugih djela, medu kojima su njegov vlastiti Uvod o djelimicno slobodnoj volji, te djela Birgivija, Gazalija i sufije Najmuddina Kubra, a preuzima i znatne sadrzaje od Hasana Kafija Pruscaka. Cilj mu je da kroz ova djela ukaze na slabosti, njihove uzroke i na moguca rjesenja. Ovaj rad daje prikaz zanra u koji djelo spada, govori o prilikama u doba nastanka djela, objedinjuje dostupne biografske podatke i rekonstruira autorov zivotni put, bavi se izvorima na osnovu kojih je nastalo ovo djelo, te ga detaljnije predstavlja i ocjenjuje.
