Forgettable
My first, and probably last, book by Dale Brown, I found this to be very forgettable.
Too many characters, with real names and nicknames, and more airforce stuff than I care for.
There is a special submarine on the cover, but it doesn't figure much into the story.
You can tell Dale Brown is an airman, since he is unfamiliar with terms submariners use, like 'clearing baffles', he calls 'the submarine equivalent of checking six.'
