I took some time to write this review, mostly because I was mourning another ending to a Riordan series. Especially because he's hinted that this would be the last one set at Camp Half Blood, and I'm not sure I can handle that! Apollo's character has evolved so carefully that I honestly didn't fully realize all of the changes until he went back to Camp Half Blood and others mentioned it. Everything was perfect, and I would be super happy if it weren't for the little clues for future book series that were included, without knowing if those book series would ever come. Characters were still left with a bit of limbo (Nico and Will, Leo and Calypso, etc), which is important since life doesn't usually tie everything up with a marriage and ta da at the end. But it doesn't mean I don't live for those tied up endings! I'll get over it one day... Until then, another fantastic series.
