This is one of those "what if", end-of the world books that doesn't need zombies and virus outbreaks to be awesome!
When a meteor knocks the moon out of orbit, life for 16-year-old Miranda Evans is changed quickly and irrevocably. Chronicled in her diary, Life as We Knew It puts the reader in her shoes as she and her family struggle to survive in a chilling new world...and watch the old one rapidly disappear.
Cleverly and beautifully written to create a believable and enthralling story.

Intriguing
I enjoy books that tell how people function after a disaster. This book is extremely well-written and held my attention to the last page, which I read at 5 in the morning because I couldn't put it down. I have recommended it to all of my friends and family, from 18 to 64 years of age.
