Dull
I found this book didn't really go anywhere. It wasn't a romance, and there was no action. It was about a family in Western Canada who lived in a town where the only industry, a lumber mill, closed down.
Julia struggled to keep the town from becoming a ghost town by taking tourists into her home. Other than learning some spiritual lessons, the story wasn't worthy of the reputation of this author. This was the first book of hers that I read, and it doesn't really encourage me to read any others.
