Only they know Bourne's true identity and understand that the telegrams are really a message from Bourne's mortal enemy, Carlos, known also as the Jackal, the world's deadliest and most elusive terrorist. Now David Webb, professor of Oriental studies, husband, and father, must do what he hoped never to do again--assume the terrible identity of Jason Bourne. The conclusion?
After reading the first two twisted tales of Jason Bourne vs. Carlos the Jackal one does learn what to expect from this super spy with amnesia. One does begin to wonder just how long Mr. Webb can control his alterego, Jason Bourne. At some points it does seem a bit rehashed from the Bourne Identity, but still an enjoyable read.
Explosive Ending that finally resolves the Jackal vs. Jason issue. Perhaps now Mr.Webb can live in peace.
