I dedicated Line Drawings to Grace and Carl, because they are good to me, and good people, and they take care of one another. We watched Woodstock together over chicken parm TV dinners and wine. Other times, I would drive around and work on the drawings. When I was at the place doing my thing, I would occasionally glance around at people, and sort of just chill with them. Being around people in social environments helped me draw when I was doing this book, Line Drawings. It was like I would get new ideas and inspiration from the people there for that moment when I was moving the pencil.
