I mean the Lathyrus Odoratus, or Sweet Pea.That the flower is immensely popular is no wonder; for, from its beauty of form and colour and sweetness of perfume, it richly deserves all the praise it obtains, and when properly treated there is no other annual which will produce such good results from so small an outlay.Attention to the accompanying simple instructions set forth in calendar form will enable any child to produce a striking and interesting effect such as the most learned professional will find it hard to beat. I would like it to be remembered that this little work is written wholly and solely for amateurs.
