Outstanding overview book on tea. Everything from the origin of tea to tea etiquette is included in this wonderful, quick read book. Along with the etiquette information is a section on major faux pas, including "Draining a tea bag by winding the string around a spoon. This act places one firmly in the Tea Drinker's Hall of Shame." Guilty, as charged.
