Great concept!
After reading the book, i felt confident that the author knows her stuff. I decided to start and within only two days my pants were looser! I wont lie, its tough to stick to if you are used to coffee, alcohol, sugar, etc but if you are determined to see a change in your body, health and mood, then this is definitely the book for you!
I suggest buying her cookbook and/or looking through her online forum since the book doesn't include many recipes. I recently purchased her fitness plan book as well so i can begin to incorporate full dedication to this new lifestyle!
