These include: Sir Elton John, David Hockney, Yehudi Menuhin, Sally Gunnell, Joan Armatrading and Gerald Scarfe. These are interspersed by photographs from Angola and Cambodia and text by Mike Whitlam, Director General of The British Red Cross. Phaidon Press offered their services to distribute the book.
