Dr. Raymond Moody (author of "Life After Life") said Dr. Ritchie's near-death experience was what inspired him to begin researching the near-death experience. Return from Tomorrow is the most detailed near-death experience I have ever read. The book documents a number of "realms" where souls reside--from the most heavenly to the most hellish. George said to me in an interview, "If a soul resides in one of the darker realms, God did not put them there: they put themselves there by their own 'stinkin' thinkin'!" He was very adamant in the book that how we treat others on earth is how we will be treated in the afterlife...LOVE is the deciding factor, he wrote. Return from Tomorrow will change your life...it is a small book, but I have never read a book on the NDE that details the REALMS of the afterlife. I would say that Return from Tomorrow and What Dreams May Come (by Richard Matheson) are two of the finest books ever written on the afterlife...these two books inspired me to write "The Place We Call Home--Exploring the Soul's Existence After Death." I recommend Return from Tomorrow to everyone...it truly is a a "road map to the afterlife."

Enlightening
This is a subject that every human being should read because it gives us a glimpse into the hereafter. How we spend eternity is based on how we live our lives here on earth, cut and dry. Informative and necessary for everyone.

learn to live like Christ so others see Christ
I was most impressed with the thoughts that we can have an encounter with the Living God and then spend time seeking to have that experience again. Good reminder to live in the present. I do believe that we can show Christ to others by His love through us. What a gift this book was to stop my self-center thinking and be reminded that when this life is over, the question is 'what did you do with your life?' Good book. Worth reading and then practice what you learn, do not be a hearer only. I will buy many to give away.
