This historic text was not as easy a read as other books, based on details surveilled from this text exclusively. Primarily the format was my issue; I prefer a straight narrative with an index (which this book lacks).
Sadly, all the narrative versions are interpretations by an editor (to arrange words in a narrative format) and a translator (if I want an Americanized version.).
This edition, softcover, seems to be fairly well constructed using better (but not the best) paper so I may have adequate permanence.
