Since there was no sender name on one or more of these books which i ordered I was not able to give feedback to the correct sender. However, one of these books was in such poor condition that it actually falls apart as i use it. I teach ESL and kept the worst of these books for myself, none of which were in good condition. I hope the books i'm expecting will be in the condition they were described to be (very good
condition). I was disappointed to say the least.

Very good
This story, following Abby Deal from when she was a little girl to her final hours would be akin to the story of Laura Ingalls Willder's parents. That time frame any how. The whole theme of the book however is much deeper than that. Abby has all sorts of dreams and plans when she is young. She wants to develope and use her talents. But instead marries a poor farmer/pioneer and pours herself into the lives of her children. At the end she wonders what she has done but finally realizes that the real accomplishment was being a mother, not all the grand things she had planned as a little girl.
