Binding is straight and tight. Previous owner has underlined in the Preface and in the Afterword, but seems to have refrained from doing any in the actual text with the exception of its final two pages-pages otherwise clean, white, and crisp. 429 pages. Dust Jacket-has a nearly unnoticable trace of rubbing at the very tips of the four outside corners.
