In the past 40 years I have read hundreds of theological books all with their value but none has been a complete and concise as this book. This teaches the essentials of the Baptist Faith and does it in a matter which most churches understand. I haved used this book and used it some more in establishing basic understanding of good teaching among interested layman. The church that ordianed me many years ago recommended I know this book inside and out when the concil examined me. Mind you that was after seminary.
