Seller's Description:
Very Good. The Gruffalo (Picture Books) by Donaldson, Julia, 1999-06-01. Sewn binding. Cloth over boards. With dust jacket. Contains: Illustrations. Intended for a juvenile audience.
I bought this board book for our toddler and first-grader, and they absolutely adore it. Its soothing language and delightful rhyme make for a great bedtime story. This story is a pleasure to read. I would also recommend the cartoon movie adaptation and also, by J. Donaldson, "Room on a Broom," which is equally enchanting :)

I had read great reviews on this book,,,
Even though I had always read great reviews on this book I had never purchased it,,, then I saw it here and thought, what the heck,,,, My 3 year old grandson loved it and we read it at least 10 times the day it came in the mail. I'm a big believer in books and reading to little ones and I own a small library of them,,, this has become one of his favorites.
