I would like to ask what research did you or your team conduct that led you to believe that "looking an African American in the eye is seen as aggressive". I am of African American and we are taught to look someone in the eye as a form of respect and acknowledgment. Why is this nonsense even being distributed and continuously taught? You all have failed with your so called knowledge of African American. We are not animals!
