This book and others in the series are high interest level for struggling readers. Dyslexic children have such a high intelligence level yet are forced to read "see Dick run" because they struggle with the fine print in more advanced readers. These stories, (some are true) hold their interest . In this way, it causes them to try a bit harder to read because they want to know what is happening next.
I think they are great books .
