This was one of my and my son's very favorite story books when he was little. It was one that we constantly read. It has a great rhyme and story line, and each time the little llama asks his different animal friend if his mama is a llama, you get to hear why not and what is different about that animal. "'Is your Mama a llama?," I asked my friend Jane. "No, she is not, Jane politely explained. My mama eats grass and she likes to say 'moo'. I don't think that is what a llama would do..." The illustrations are adorable and very sweet. It's a wonderful book.

Excellent book!
Read this first at the library and then had to purchase it! It has great illustrations, a good theme, nice rhyming; my child loves it too!
