very good book and good plot. may take one some time to appreciate these writers but you will enjoy the variation from american writers!

Not a lot to Laugh About
Martin Beck, the strong male protagonist, is in a marriage he considers wretched. No doubt his longsuffering wife feels the same. However, he is an excellent solver of crimes, even those with apparently no motive, and he totally devotes himself to his work, in Book #4.
