I was really looking forward to this, and it's just not what I was expecting. It wasn't very good, and it was quite boring. I might try reading more in the future, however, I don't really think I will.

Not The Godfather, but really enjoyable. Terrific beach novel for men and women.

The Last Don
The Last Don is a excelent book it is Puzo at his very best, I mean it is at The Godfather kind of statis. It is one of my favorite books, with its great writing, which only writers like Mario Puzo and Nicholas Pillegi have been able to make you feel like you are there with the indepth detail, and characters that seem so real and are perfectly discribed to the point were you feel like if you close your eyes you would be able to touch them. I really recomend this book I love Mafia books and moves and no one will ever match Mario Puzo's way of writing the realist most unique movies and books. I do not want ruin the book by going into to much detail but this is not your basic same old mafia books it is unique just like all of Mario Puzo's books.
