Focus on the content and information
I always wanted to know why certain people had a different view of the world and themselves than say most, "common people". Common people are those that goes about life not bothered by the ills of their surroundings. This book helped me to realize that there are many sides to people and the best thing to do I felt was to research and read material that someone else had done or authored already. Narcissism, the book by Dr. Lowen, is a very easy to read ready reference hand book. It gives great examples of real life people and ways of pointing out their "situation". I read it half way through right after receiving it and it has paid dvidends already. I recommend anyone get this book as part of their library. I am a grad school student and this book will remain a part of my library long after Ive graduated.
