(France)." Also signed by the editor Chaz Bowyer: "To Steve St. Martin-a token of appreciation for your unstinited help, Chaz Bowyer 13 June '76." and military historian and author Dr. Edward M. Coffman (Jan 10, 1986) on the front fly-leaf. Rubber-stamped "Cross & Cockade.....Steve St. Martin..." on the front inside cover. Illustrated with black-and-white photographs.
