Always sucinct, informative and practical, Fr. Nouwen has again given applicable advice for active. affective and effective ministry. If I'd had this advice 20 years ago, I'd have done some things differently. But, it isn't too late to apply this learning. I've given this book to several of my Pastor-friends, male and female, and some lay-ministers.
