Great cookbook. If you are familiar with G. Garvin's cooking show on TVOne, then you know what to expect. The book features old favorites with a new twist and many new creations. The only problems I had with the book is, there weren't enough pictures and the paper back style. He should have used a different binding with the book so that it could stand the test of time and multiple uses. All in all, it is a good cookbook with super simple recipes.
