Seller's Description:
Like New. Excellent Dust Jacket. Size: 5x0x7; A Lovely Copy in like Dust Jacket-Like New! This small, thin, oblong hardcover book has beautiful color illustrations, no text. The published date is 1998. We always ship in a sturdy box.
I first bought this book for my son 33 years ago. That copy has been so well loved it its falling apart. His two sons also love the book so I was forced to track down a copy on the other side of the world. Children love the personalities of the little mice - the adventurous "Prince Malcom" and the nervous "Lady Matilda". They empathise with her fears of the bats and dragon, admire the bravery of the staff swinging prince and enjoy the come uppance of "The Evil Rat" . There is a filmic quality in the structure of these text free books and children can construct the story for themselves from the images. The body language and gestures are easily interpretable by quite young children. Trust this copy will last another generation.
