Moving Zen was a great read. Having recently became curious to martial arts I came upon this book and have been very pleased with it. Moving Zen isn't so much a how-to type of book as it is a piece on how martial arts effects the inner thought process, how it strengthens the spirit and calms the soul. Would definitely recommend this to anyone curious to any martial art form.
