I love this book. See really I am a lazy knitter, I don't want to piece things together, I will but I don't like it and that is where this book comes in handy. I have been able to look at another pattern and use this book to sort of convert it to a one piece project. This will help you change the way you look at patterns, why piece them together when you can do it all in one piece.
