This book was written some 50 years ago and yet reads easily today. Miss Tey, sadly, only wrote a very few books. but each is a little gem. Somehow I had missed this one until now - what joy to discover it! Whether you have come across Josephine Tey before, or you are coming fresh to her writing, you will love this classic detective story. Read it!
