I bought this for my nephews having read it to my baby brother years ago. It was the only book he would let me read for some time. The simple illustrations and limited palette are deceptively beautiful. The story is a gentle wonder and really captured my brother. He would pause during reading and watch the wind move the trees and I would blow in his hair when the wind went woooo woooo. Magic memories for both of us. He is a loving father now and I'm sure he'll love reading it to his twin boys. Highly recommend to those who don't mind getting involved with the story.
