Do It and it will work for you
I have been into meditation and altered states of awareness for many decades. This book was one of my early readings and an inspiration. I do not buy into everything it promotes, but it is sure a great way to start. As a professional counselor in private practice I have recommended it many times. The techniques offered help you learn to meditate. It is like tuning a radio (like when radios had tuners). Use it and interesting things will happen. There is information out there if you are sensitive enough to perceive it. Many benefits are possible. Be open, be invested, and be persistent. You will benefit from meditation techniques.
