Outlander is a must read for all romantics and adventurers, for those that believe in time travel, witches, magic, fate and destiny. For all who continue to search for true love and for those lucky enough to have found it in this life time this is the book for you. Well written and compelling so don't let the size of the book intimidate you for it will end too soon and leave you hungry for the next book!

Outstanding!
A highly creative novel by an immensely talented author. Well researched historical details and data, befitting a scientist of course. Focuses on the ethical and moral development of the characters, bringing them to life to a remarkable degree. The reader is transported back in time, sharing their adventures almost voyeuristically. A remarkable book as well as all her other volumes in the saga of Claire and Jamie.

Outlander Made Easy
If you've seen the Outlander previews on Starz and want to know more about the book series, Diana Gabaldon's brilliant tales of Jaime and Claire start with Outlander. The audio makes all those difficult accents and unfamiliar words a breeze.
I love the fact the audio is unabridged. Even then, I don't want it to end.
