This book is an enjoyable variation on A B C books. As the title shows, the letters are linked to something not starting with the letters, but there is something in the illustration which does start with the letter. This should probably not be your child's first A B C book, but once they understand the nature of A B C books, they will get a kick out of realizing that the wording is incorrect and finding the right answer in the illustration. My daughter was quite animated while reading the book. Both her intellect and sense of humor were stimulated by reading it.
