The MacGregor series has been my favorite by Nora Roberts...And this one did not disappoint! I am so in love with this family and the characters! I will probably read the series again in a couple years!

Grooms time
I loved the Brides book, so got this one as well. Daniel is a force to be sure. There is more humor in the Brides book than this one. Additionally, while trying to avoid the plans of the grandfather, the men are much more accepting of the meddling that the girls were. Certainly that is part of the reason that book was more humorous. The intendeds seem to be more accepting also - but that could be due to the fact they are woman and fell for the old coot in a fatherly way also. He has selected well for his boys as he did his gals and each story has a bit of give and take, but not against the plot. Only the first is unaware of the plot and initially the other's think they are also thwarting a plot too. At least in part - the second man clearly sees the plot and calls the old man out. Unable to fight fate that has been tossed their way, they each eventually succum - only the first one not realizing he has been duped. In fact, he believes he has duped his grandfather by marrying the woman selected because he thinks his grandfather thinks it is a mismatch. The third man also does not realize the full scope of the plot, but I think he does in some respects... They are cute, quick read stories and the book is a fast read. Pure enjoyment to watch Daniel plotting again.

Interesting novel
This is again a very enticing novel by Nora Roberts. I loved it till the end... Then, after the first time I read it, I felt so sad to have it finished it that I read it again right away. Also, the seller: Numlipz, was incredible... Very fast, polite, reliable, and I'm so happy to do business with.
