Lost in the Barrens
I fell in love with this book shortly after graduating from college...imagine how astonished I was when I discovered it had been some book club "pick" for YOUNG readers. Nonetheless, it was spellbinding. Later I read other Farley Mowat books and developed a brief correspondence with him. Enjoy!
