Wonder what it's like to work for a tech start up?
This is laugh out loud funny in places, but harrowing in others. It also sounds like every place I've ever worked. Incomprehensible decisions, or no decision when one is needed, the wrong people being promoted, silly motivational plans and meetings, badly trained managers, thin skinned coworkers, malfocused & shortsighted goals, the pettiness, the meanness.
