Once again lovely world-building and fantastic characters, which echo The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms but rarely overlap. Different part of the city, different people and Gods, different needs, despite the common central thread. The book is another wonderful story, and while much has been made of the lead character's blindness or magical lack thereof, I enjoyed her unique interaction with the world.
