Large format red hardback(smal stain mark on the edges of the back cover, gilt lettering on the front cover and spine, two small nicks on the edges of the cover and spine) in VGC, with Dj(large tear on the edges of the back Dj cover, small tears on the edges of the front Dj cover, some creases and nicks on the edges of the Dj cover) in GC. Illustrated with many b/w photos, drawings. Nice and clean pages with a small mark and ink mark on the outer edges, small stain mark on the edges of the last blank page of the book, small creases on the edges of the pages. The book is in VGC with some shelf wear on Dj cover.187pp including Foreword, list of illustrations, index of persons. Price un-clipped. A collectable first edition. Heavy book.
