Vivid green dust jacket with white and violet lettering; very slight scuffing throughout. Lightly toned pages are clean and unmarked. Glued binding is intact but a bit loose, particularly between the quires. The front hinge is intact but visible for about 5 inches next to the title page. Includes an introduction by J.B. Pick.
