Excerpt from Illinois Appellate Court Unpublished Opinions, Vol. 315: First Series Oh the day of the foreclosure sale, June 1, 1955, Albert Dochterman and his wife executed a deed to Gellman, conveying sixteen parcels of real estate including said Lot 28, and another deed to Anna Taxman, conveying eight other parcels of real estate. These deeds were recorded the next day Gellman and his wife conveyed said Lot 28 to Milo Dochterman by deed dated October 4, 1954, recorded the next day, October 5th. Each of the deeds is a quit claim deed, reciting, a consideration of and other good and valuable consideration. Gellman is a brother-ih-law, and Milo Dochterman is a son, of Albert Dochterman, who was in the real estate business. Anna Taxman is his niece. Albert Dochterman testified that Anna Taxman's St. Louis address is General Delivery; that sometimes she visits him, sometimes she goes to Florida, and that she has a lot of money.
