Lashes kiss, kisses; rebus, rebuses. If the singular ends in ch hard, the plural is formed by adding s as, monarch, monarchs; distich, distichs. Nouns-which end in 0, have sometimes es added to the plural. As, cargo, echo, hero, negro, manifesto, potato, volcano, no and some. Times only 3; as, folio, nuncio, punctilio, seraglio.
