With a folded and creased copy of the publisher's perspectus laid in, on the back of which is a typed letter signed (TLS) by Hanley's friend and biographer, Frank G. Harrington (to whom Hanley dedicated the limited edition of Lost). The letter is addressed to Linnea Gibbs, author of James Hanley: A Bibliography. Both Harrington and Gibbs are mentioned in Burgess' introduction.
